Getting Started: A Clear Start From Day One

To begin our partnership, we simply require:

  1. A Signed Property Management Agreement: A clear, straightforward contract outlining our partnership.
  2. Property Specific Information: We’ll provide a simple form to capture the "personality" and technical details of your home.
  3. Proof of Ownership: A current mortgage statement and HOA statement (if applicable).
  4. Operational Readiness: We ask that the property's mechanical systems and appliances be in good working order (or have repairs already scheduled).
  5. Market-Ready Condition: We focus on properties requiring no more than light cosmetic refreshes (flooring, paint, cleaning, or basic lawn care).
